NIRBA Official Launch

The much-anticipated NIRBA initiative will be officially launched on 24th of March at NUS University Hall Auditorium, Singapore, marking a significant step forward in scientific research aimed at understanding RNA biology and exploiting this knowledge to create innovative translational applications.

By way of background, NIRBA is Singapore’s strategic national effort to build globally leading capabilities in RNA biology, driving innovation and applications that address critical health challenges. Supported by the National Research Foundation (NRF) and leading institutions like the National University of Singapore (NUS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), and Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), NIRBA seeks to transform Singapore into a global hub for RNA research and its wide-ranging applications by harnessing the latest advances in RNA science to address critical health needs and drive economic growth.
